The EAB Department supports initiatives and programs across the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Universal Equity Programs:<\/strong> Support for district-wide equity-focused programming including Equity Teacher Leaders (ETLs), culturally and linguistically responsive and inclusive practices, and equity leadership practices.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Targeted Equity Programs:<\/strong> Support for equity programs prioritizing identified focal populations (Black\/African American students and Spanish-speaking Latinx students) to eliminate equity gaps they experience.\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.berkeleyschools.net\/african-american-resources\/\">African American Success Framework (AASF)<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CCEIS)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.berkeleyschools.net\/superintendents-african-american-success-advisory-committee\/\">Superintendent\u2019s African American Success Advisory Committee<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/umoja.berkeleyschools.net\/\">911爆料 Umoja Program<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.berkeleyschools.net\/latinx-resources\/\">\u00a1Adelante!
